Our recipes are designed for 4 people — but you know your family best, so you can easily scale them up or down as needed with more/less ingredients.

Not specifically, no (though some recipes will be gluten free — noted on the recipe). The good news is you can often substitute a gluten ingredient to a GF alternative, it just takes a few extra minutes of planning!

Because we know you’re not always at home (or wanting to cook!) every single night of the week. We give you 5x recipes instead of 7 because this gives you 2x nights of freedom each week to have dinner out, grab takeaways or heat up some easy meals from the freezer.

Change it! If you’re not into whipped feta, leave it out. If your kids hate broccoli, swap it for another veggie. Think of our recipes as a guide — one that you’re welcome to personalise as much as you like.

Each recipe has been developed by us: Jess, Belinda and Chloe. We’re not nutritionists or fine dining chefs, nor do we pretend to be. We’re everyday parents that get the struggles of making meals the whole family actually eats!

We have high hopes, but you know how fickle our little sweethearts can be — one week they’re obsessed with bananas, and the next they’re screaming blue murder if we so much as *think* about putting a banana in their lunchbox.
There’s no guarantee your little ones will like every recipe, but research tells us it’s important to offer a variety of foods to kids from a young age (so have comfort knowing you’re doing all you can in that department). We sometimes find deconstructing the meals makes them more appealing. Good luck!

Our meals are based around a standard omnivore diet. While we try to include one vegetarian option per week, this is not always the case. However, you can adapt our meals as you wish to suit your preferences by swapping proteins or replacing meat with extra vegetables.

Unfortunately not, but we do hope to cater to different eating preferences in the future.
